The "Daily Log" is the most hated task in construction.

2. OpenAI Whisper API: For near-human level speech-to-text (it understands construction jargon and heavy accents).
3. GPT-4o: To "structure" the messy voice note into a clean JSON report.

The New Workflow

Instead of typing forms, the Super does this:

1. Opens app. Hits "Record."
2. Says: "Okay, today was sunny. Framing crew finished the south wall. We had a delay because the concrete truck was 2 hours late. Need to reschedule the plumber for Tuesday."
3. Hits "Submit."

That's it.

Behind the scenes, our custom AI pipeline:

1. Transcribes the audio.
2. Extracts key data:
   • Weather: Sunny (Auto-filled)
   • Progress: Framing / South Wall / Complete
   • Delays: Concrete / 2 Hours / Vendor Issue
   • Schedule Change: Plumber -> Tuesday
3. Formats it into the official PDF Daily Report.
4. Emails it to the Project Manager.

The Results

• 100% Compliance: Supers actually do the logs now because it takes 30 seconds.
• 10x More Detail: We get paragraphs of context instead of 3-word bullets.
• Zero Admin Time: Project Managers don't have to chase supers for reports.
